We are a multicultural team of scientists and conservationists with a deep history of collaborative work and student mentorship in Madagascar.

 

To us, conservation spotlights the roles of species and resilience of ecosystems while emphasizing the cultures, knowledges, and actions of diverse participants working locally and island-wide. To us, meaningful support demands time and investment in each mentee to advance their personal and professional goals.

 

Our ultimate aim is to expand the network of Malagasy actors, domestically and internationally and within and outside of academia, equipped with relevant skills and resources to advocate for Madagascar’s heritage.
